However, we understand that circumstances may vary, so the store leader reserves the right to extend this window at their discretion, with the maximum extension not exceeding 30 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in brand-new condition and include all related cases and manufacturer-provided accessories. Please note that the store associate reserves the right to offer a partial store credit only if the returned product does not meet these criteria.
Products determined to be damaged by the user will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. However, defective products are subject to warranty protections specified by the brand.
